We just replaced our two old condensers with Lee's HVAC. Lee was great to communicate with, didn't try to upsell us on anything, and we felt he was very honest throughout the whole process. His pricing was great compared to all the other quotes that we received. His install team was professional, neat, and did a seamless swap. My AC unit went out on the first day of a heat wave, naturally! Encino was 110 degrees. I called Lee’s HVAC based on the reviews, and Lee personally answered the phone at 7 AM (well before business hours). He said they were nearby to Encino and had someone over within the hour. They came out, diagnosed the issue and recommended a new 4 ton unit was needed. A crane was needed to lift the unit onto my roof and the system is installed and working perfectly. You can tell it’s a family-owned business by the way they treat you. They worked with me on price and did such a clean job. You can see in my photos. Definitely recommend!!
